SOFTBETON is a perfect construction material for road construction on unstable or contaminated soil. Due to its light weight no costly soil stabilization measures must be taken. The material allows to build over contaminated soil without removing it.
In 2006 Cellcontec built a 1.1km service road for VW on unstable soil within three days. In Cuxhaven, Germany Cellcontec built parts of County Road 51 onto unstable soil in record time. For IKEA in Bremerhaven, Germany a road including a traffic circle were built onto instable soil. By using SOFTBETON a planned pile foundation was canceled due to comparatively higher costs.
